Returns & Exchange Policy

At Secure Entertainment, we stand behind the quality of our anti-theft security products.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any protective materials.
  • A return authorization must be requested before sending any item back.
  • Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@secure-entertainment.com.
  • Include photos of the product and packaging for assessment.
  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product and need an exchange:

  • Reach out within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
  • Once received and inspected, we will send the correct product or issue store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects.
  • Custom or modified products.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.


6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@secure-entertainment.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond with instructions on how to complete the process.
